For more than two years Jaidon volunteered as an apprentice at the Kid Museum. So much so that he earned an award for exceeding 270 volunteer hours when he graduated. Today the Kid Museum honored him with a special zoom memorial tribute where we got to hear stories from the staff and other apprentices he worked with while he was there. It was heartbreaking and lovely. More insight into his amazing life, all that I wish I could still ask him directly about but since I can’t, I appreciate the stories.
Rewarding students who are gifted and talented, and learning disabled, who have overcome educational hurdles to leap into college.
